Kiesha’s Preserve Off Grid Solar and Wind Power

Conservation is bigger than what is in your own backyard, and that is why Kiesha’s Preserve uses solar and wind power to stay off the grid.

Annual power generation is 7,200 KwH with CO2 savings of 5,000 Kilograms    An estimate of Carbon sequestration by the soil and vegetation on the Preserve is on the order of 20,000 – 30,000 tons.

At Kiesha’s Preserve, we are dedicated to promoting sustainable agricultural practices through our Community Sustainable Food Production and Preservation Education Program. Our approach to sustainable produce farming emphasizes Environmental Health, Economic Viability, Social Equity, Minimized Ecological Impact and Community Engagement.
